Blog Post #27- Mise En Scene

The setting of out film takes place in Wills dining room, but it is meant to be some sort of interrogation room or chamber. The entre film takes place in this room and the only other area we see is the kitchen when we switch to the last few seconds of the film. The lighting was important for our film because we needed a dark room with one light source. We laid a flashlight on a counter pointing toward where we filming and that was it. Next is the wardrobe. For that, we had Will wear civilian clothing while the 2 villains were wearing all black with masks on. The characters were on screen the entire time so this aspect was very important. Finally, the camerawork. We had our cameraman Angel stand around the table we were sitting at getting different angles to put in the film.
